  • Trade registry / business licence and tax certificate
  • A bank account document (IBAN); professional liability insurance if you have it (optional)
  • Registration and mandatory traffic insurance for each car
  • The address and meeting instructions of your pickup points

Partner FAQ

Does it cost anything to join RentBalkans?

No. Applying, the panel and listing cars are free, with no monthly subscription. Commission is charged only on completed rentals, and your rate is stated clearly in your agreement and panel.

How do I get paid?

The customer pays most of the rental directly to you at pickup. Any share of the online prepayment due to you is transferred to your bank account with the monthly statement; all transactions are visible in your panel.

Who signs the rental contract?

You do. The rental contract is signed between your company and the customer at pickup, and you set the deposit, damage and rental terms. RentBalkans mediates the booking, prepayment and communication.

How long does approval take?

If your documents are complete, review usually takes a few business days. Meanwhile you can prepare your cars and prices in the panel; they go live after approval.

Can franchise or multi-branch brands join?

Yes. The franchise owner registers the brand and each branch gets its own panel with its operator. From the head-office panel you see bookings and reports for all branches.

Can I keep using my own booking software?

Yes. You can export bookings to Excel/CSV, sync them automatically to Google Sheets and block days booked through other channels in the calendar.
