Cancellation and refund terms

Rules for the prepayment. Amounts paid at pickup are subject to the rental company’s contract.

Free up to 48 hours (premium, luxury, minivan: 7 days)

Cancel up to 48 hours before pick-up (7 days for premium, luxury and minivans) and the full prepayment is refunded. If the rental company has not confirmed the booking yet, any cancellation before pick-up is free.

Late cancellation

Cancellations after this period are not refunded.

No-show

If you do not collect the car or lack the required documents, the prepayment is not refunded.

Cancelled by the company

If the company declines or cancels, the full prepayment is refunded and we suggest alternatives.

Refund method

Refunds go to the card you paid with; your bank may take 3–10 business days.

Currency

Refunds are made in the payment currency (EUR or TRY); no conversion is applied.
